As her retirement grew nearer, she and her board of directors knew they needed someone who could step out of the shadows to lead this unique all-encompassing art center. A fresh face of the organization with roots in their educational offerings, she was a perfect combination of the successful past with a new vision for the future, but to add to her leadership toolbelt she knew she would benefit from an executive coach – she turned to Empower.
