Skyline Urban Ministries (Executive Coaching)

What started out in the inner city of Oklahoma City almost 60 years ago, today, Skyline Urban Ministries continues to be of service to a statewide community. Bridging the gaps and lighting the shadows by serving those living in the shadows of our community and providing resources with kindness and respect. Bridging those gaps for underserved citizens requires programs in health and wellness through a food and garden program, eye clinic, and even a style shop for low-cost clothing needs. A vast network of programming requires a savvy leader who understands the needs of the community while also knowing the strengths and limitations of her staff. Katy Leffel is that kind of conscious leader.

Katy, with the help of her Empower Coach, is setting the course for Skyline for the next 60+ years. The mentorship and personal connection have given her the resources to be a more confident and capable leader. Her work is just beginning, but the benefits to the organization are already being noticed. The ripple effect of working with Empower is not only helping to embolden a great leader, but also has strengthened the mission of Skyline, which in turn is a benefit to the whole state.
